Hi, I’m a 23 year old student at Front Range Community College, I am seeking an affordable but nice room or a roommate who is looking for/has a place as well. I work as a caregiver, I am 420 friendly, I have the occasional drink but not too heavily, I love biking, hiking, I am very outgoing and friendly. My lease ends on August 1st so I need something before then. I do have an eviction on my record from 4 years ago (when I was about 18-19) but I have been on my current lease for 3 years now and can provide recommendations from my leasing office :)
