BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court. Abel Junior Hernandez, 39, of Daisy Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of items from Kohl's in Plaistow between March 7 and March 9. Jeffrey U. Heuer, 58, of Banfield Road in Portsmouth on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Islington Street in Portsmouth on Nov. 11, 2019. Jacob A. James, 32, of Barberry Lane in Strafford on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with Steve LeBlanc to steal items from TJ Maxx in Londonderry on Nov. 21, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges. Tyler L. Jameson, 31, of Chestnut Street in Rochester on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 95 in Hampton on May 4, 2018. Damianos Kazakides, 35, of Union Street in Lawrence, MA, on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on Oct. 31, 2020, in Atkinson. Emmy-Lee McNeil, 33, of Old Pittsfield Road in Northwood on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of smashing another person's head against a vehicle and the ground in Northwood between Jan. 6 and Jan. 7. Eric J. McNeil, 38, of Old Pittsfield Road in Northwood on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of working in concert with Emmy-Lee McNeil by bringing a person to her in order to assault the person's head against a vehicle and the ground in Northwood between Jan. 6 and Jan. 7. Heidi J. Meaney, 49, of Wells Village Road in Sandown on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge in Derry on Jan. 17 that led to a collision resulting in another person having an arm broken. Cody Richard Merrill, 27, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony possession of heroin charge on July 2, 2020, in Portsmouth. Steven Morin, 54, a homeless man now located in Portsmouth, on criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing copper downspouts from a Portsmouth homeowners' association between Jan. 20 and Jan. 31. Kevin Munroe, 62, of Epping Road in Exeter on fraudulent use of credit card, theft by unauthorized taking, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. The drug charge stems from an incident in Exeter on Nov. 2, 2018. He was also accused of making cash advances against another person's credit cards between May 30, and June 11, 2018, in Epping and stealing money and tools from another person between Sept. 21, and Oct. 4, 2018, in Exeter.
