Bow Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Merrimack County Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court. Adam Saari, 37, of Jonathan Drive in Bow on 13 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of being in possession of the images and did intend to sell, exchange, or transfer them from a computer using Kik, on a cellphone, and an external drive on Sept. 2, and Nov. 18, 2020, in Bow. Deidre M. Scheffler, 46, with a last known address of Rumford Street in Concord, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on July 28, 2020, in Concord. Mark Simoneau, 34, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on an assaults by prisoners charge. On Oct. 14, 2020, he was accused of assaulting a person at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men. Sonya K. Spooner, 42, of Central Street in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Hannaford in Franklin on Dec. 5, 2020, after previously being convicted on theft charges twice before. Samantha Stanford, 28, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, fentanyl charges on Octo. 22, in Concord, and Nov. 14, 2020, in Hooksett. She was previously convicted on drug charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2019. Heather Stone, 50, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. She was accused of assaulting another prisoner while inside the New Hampshire Correctional Facility for Women in Concord on Dec. 16, 2020. Stone is serving a 30-year-to-life sentence for murdering her girlfriend, Lauralee Perkins in Dover in July 2006, according to Seacoastonline.com. Sarah Swanson, 23, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of placing three cylindrical containers into a toilet bowl to evade a drug investigation on Dec. 13, 2020, in Concord. Karen Tasker, 64, of Jenness Pond Road in Northwood on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on Dec. 12, 2020, in Concord. Mark Thompson, 45, of Morgan Drive in Bow on domestic violence, criminal threatening, and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of holding a firearm in a threatening manner while putting a round in the chamber in front of two people on Dec. 16, 2020. The indictment accuses him of being intoxicated by liquor or drugs at the time.
