WRIGHTSTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Swamp Road is scheduled to close this week between Route 263 (York Road) and Rushland Road in Buckingham and Wrightstown townships.
The closure will begin Wednesday for base repairs operations, PennDOT announced Monday. The closure will take place weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. through July 23.
During the closure, Swamp Road drivers will be directed to use Route 263 (York Road), Almshouse Road and Rushland Road. Local access will be maintained during the operation.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area as backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
