Looking someone to order/install LVP (can be ordered from costco/lowes/home depot). Job would include: - carpet removal in living area - vinyl tile removal in kitchen - LVP installation including shoe moulding and carpet removal trash removal of approx 520 sqft. - $1000 for total labor Other Details: - no furniture, only stove above vinyl tiles in kitchen (gas, would be able to turn off valve) - condominium 3rd floor - link to pictures of condo here Bonus: - Repainting tile in bathroom floor white - $200 - Repainting kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity white and changing handles - $1000
