Job Summary: Aqua Savers LLC is looking for a full-time Installation Technician to serve install toilets, showerheads, and aerators for nationwide programs. Our Installation Technicians perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in the maintenance and retrofitting of existing plumbing fixtures, along with other related work as required. A large chunk of work will fall between Baltimore to Richmond but opportunity for out-of-town work. Establishing good rapport with our customers, you diagnose issues and complete repairs or installs, as well as appropriately and professionally address any customer concerns that may arise. We offer our Service Plumbers / Installation Technicians a competitive pay of $16-$25/hour plus bonus potential and typically works a maximum of 6-8 hour workdays with a designated number of units to complete per day, Monday through Friday. In addition, we provide paid holidays and paid birthday with a $1000 bonus after successful 60-day employment period and a referral bonus if you are able to recommend another great installer. Essential Duties: •Primary tasks include retrofitting existing plumbing fixtures, demolition of old fixtures, installation of new fixtures including toilet flush valves, toilet china, faucets, flow restrictors, and showerheads; •Perform a variety of skilled & semi-skilled tasks involving the use of different hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment used to retrofit, replace and repair plumbing fixtures; •Assists with loading or unloading of trucks and staging material when needed; and •Works in tight/close spaces such as plumbing chases, and mechanical closets. Experience, Certificates, and Licenses: •Valid Driver’s License •1 year Plumbing experience/installing toilets •OSHA 10 (optional but will be provided) Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
