EAGAN, MN — Eagan Hy-Vee re-opened Tuesday after fireworks were set off in the store Monday afternoon, it said. Hy-Vee said that employees spent the night cleaning up and re-stocking the store. Juveniles are in custody in connection with the fire, Eagan Police Department said. Police said a witness saw juveniles start the fireworks display on fire before running away. The juveniles were found a half-mile away and were taken into custody, police said. The 14, 15 and 16-year-olds have since been released pending charges from the Dakota County Attorney's Office, police said. Eagan Fire Department put out the fire, police said. The store sustained smoke damage, police said.
