FAIRFIELD, AL — Miles College announced Monday its "Return and Finish" program, designed to encourage students who left the school before completing a degree to return and graduate.
"This is an effort to reach students who earned some college credits at Miles but never graduated," said Jarralynne Agee, Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs. "It will also help students who were negatively affected by COVID-19 and had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances."
The Return and Finish program will launch in July of 2021 and continue into the fall 2021 semester. Additional tutoring and one-on-one advising will also be provided on campus and online to ensure student success.
Most degrees at Miles College require 120 credit hours. Milestones have been created to help returning students reduce their financial obligations, graduate and move forward.
