Seeking business partner for hauling/selling furniture

I'm starting a small side business that combines furniture sales with helping people get rid of stuff when they move and I am looking for help. This is a positive, customer-oriented business meant to both make money and help others. I'm open to any kind of help, whether that be advice or someone who can just help me pick up and secure heavy pieces of furniture for hauling. What I have is the money to buy a truck, an understanding of furniture value and demand, and customer service experience. What you have (maybe) is strength to lift heavy furniture (with my and maybe another person's help), availability to make short term arrangements to meet and transport furniture, and trustworthiness. If you simply want to help advise on a truck purchase or assist with finding the best storage facility, I'm open to that as well. You don't need to have a drivers license but that would be a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus. If you already have a truck we could get started as soon as I rent a storage space. Right now I am in the process of buying a truck and renting a storage space and obviously looking for help, so the business would not be off the ground for at least a week. This could be a short term gig (you help me once) or a business partnership depending on how it works for both of us. For short term help with moving furniture from one client to another, I would pay fifteen dollars an hour or portion of an hour. If you wanted to commit to being available as much as possible and show up for most drop-offs and pick-ups and prove to be trustworthy and reliable, I would pay you 25 percent of whatever I make. The large furniture pieces that I will be selling will usually have a profit of 100-400 dollars. When business is busy, we could be working all day. There will also be times with no business especially during the winter. I also have other jobs, so I will not be working full time at this business and I can be flexible with your needs or schedule as well.
