Are you looking to get the kids outdoors this summer and into a fitness class. Starting next Monday for 2 hours I will be holding an outdoor fitness class rain or shine. If the kids love playing in the rain then it will be an awesome summer experience if it rains. Hours of operation will increase over the summer. Sports will also be incorporated into the fitness class to keep kids interested. Pairing up your child with a life coach can be an awesome experience. Stretching, Squats, Walking, Hiking, jogging, intro to flag football as well will be incorporated. Fitness classes will include Stretching: keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Squats: Strengthens your core, Reduces the risk of injury, Crushes calories, Strengthens the muscles of your lower body, and many other benefits. The goal is to hammer out a 4 mile walk as well. Classes start Monday June 28th. Charlotte Beach will be the location. 8:30 am to 10:30 AM must bring water, extra clothing, good walking shoes, water, and snack.
