Hiring for FT handyman and Maintenance position to work on 3 restaurant/bar properties and a few residential properties near the bars in Northeast Minneapolis and also Dt and west 7th in St Paul.
Must have reliable transportation and own hand tools, some power tools.
Experienced required repairing sinks, electrical outlets, doors, toilets, painting, light carpentry.
Must be able to work on ladders, physically carry some heavy materials.
40 hours per week
Compensation
$40k/year
2 weeks paid time off
