Crew leads hire a high performing team and help them succeed every day. What you will be doing: -Mowing, trimming, pulling/spraying weeds, applying fertilizer or other turf products (once licensed), seasonal cleanup, and clearing snow for our customers -Hiring and managing specialists on your team so we perform high quality work for our customers and demonstrate our company values every day (Crew Lead only) -Completing your daily route efficiently providing work that meets Bundl standards -Care, maintenance, and transport of Bundl Home lawn and snow removal equipment -Ensure all of your actions are high quality, focused on service, and safe -Identify opportunities for Bundl to improve our services and business -Support our customers and members of our team with high accountability and low ego -Represent our brand well via all interactions -Earn bonuses on successful customer and employee referrals - you earn more when we do! -Other necessary responsibilities as needed - we’re a startup! You might be a good fit if you have: -2+ years of experience as a crew lead in lawn care, landscaping, and/or snow removal (1-2 for Crew) -Experience operating and maintaining lawn equipment and small engines (Crew Lead only) -Class A&E pesticide and fertilizer license or ability to obtain one -Valid DOT health card or ability to obtain one -Desire to work outside and see the results of your work every day -Experience coaching and helping others perform their best work -A demonstrated ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly and respectfully -A desire to continuously improve your work and team -Ambition, a strong work ethic, and desire to provide high quality service -Accountability to your customers, deliverables, and your teammates Requirements: -Valid driver’s license in Minnesota + clean driving record -Submit and pass a background check -Authorized to work in the United States
