Hello! I’m due to give birth to my 3rd child Aug 19th and I have a almost 4 year old and 2.5 year old child that I’m needing a nanny for. My husband is taking 2 weeks off from work (possibly 3) and we will be traveling the 2nd or 3 week to go see his family out of state for 3 or 4 days, and will not be taking the other 2 children. We’re needing someone who is flexible with staying overnight during the time of our trip. Would like to get to know you and have the kids warmed up to you before hand. Things to note.. our son is on the spectrum he is high functioning but cannot be left unsupervised. Duties will include dishes, laundry, sweeping, mopping, picking up, and watching the kids. However when my husband is home in the evening he will have most of that done already while I’m recovering. You would start as soon as I have the baby to give my husband and me a break to allow us to bond with our little one. Basically you and my husband would be cleaning/corresponding with one another and looking after the kids. We are flexible with you watching them in your home for the first week but when we go on that trip it would need to be in our home. We do have cameras and have a puppy that is very low maintenance. Pay is negotiable for the 3 weeks. However we are thinking of paying a set amount instead of hourly. Hours would be from 8:30 - 5:30 7 days a week (we can be a little flexible) of course until the trip. Just let us know what you would be comfortable with and we can go from there. Would like 2 references and I will be doing a background check of you and if they are going to your house I will be doing one on anyone over 18 that lives in your home or that they will be around.
