The Information Booth provides friendly, outgoing and helpful service to Farmers’ Market customers. This is a customer service oriented position in a fast-paced, public-facing environment at the Farmers’ Market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Info Booth Representatives are the face of the Market and the Institute, and must conduct themselves with composure, graciousness and a smile, even in difficult or challenging situations. Requires excellent verbal communication, cash handling and basic math skills. Demonstrated flexibility and ease in interacting with a variety of individuals, both within the organization and the community at large. Calm under pressure and attention to detail are essential.
