If you are big? Ok not to be rude but this is only for heavy people, who want to lose weight. I'm Manny and I teach self defense, but this is not a self defense class this is just a boxing class to get into a different shape. And lose a little weight. This is open to men, women, boys, girls. Minimum age is 15 but looking for older. Only serious people please, class will be in my garage, and I can only take 4 people 6 max. I know what your thinking how much? Right? Well just your sweat. There is no charge, why? Because years ago I weighed about 350lbs now I don't, I always wished someone would help me out, or go somewhere where I want being stared at. This is why only bbw or bhm that's it. Got questions email me, then text me. I will be happy to answer any questions, I speak English and Spanish. This is no joke this is serious. Classes will only be 2 times week Tuesday and Thursday From 7 pm to 8 or 8:30 pm. You don't need to know how to throw a punch I will take care of that. If you are 20, 30, 40, 50 or more and overweight and want to get into a different shape maybe I can help. I live in Lompoc CA and hope you do too, I can take Someone from out of town but prefer not to because it can cause allot of missing classes, and if you miss too many I will drop you like a bad habit. The good thing about paying a fee is you try not to miss classes so you can get your Moneys worth, well this is free so if I think you are taking it or me for granted your out. I don't have my time to waste. We can start as soon as I have my first person. Remember all you have to do is want it, you didn't get in the shape your in overnight and you will not get into a different shape over night either. This is cool and fun.You may like the shape your in, you just want to firm up a bit or learn how to throw a proper punch, just be dedicated and do will I.
