Company with several locations across MA, NH and ME seeks full-time skilled, reliable, individual to be responsible for general maintenance and repairs for multiple homes. We are looking for mostly Monday thru Friday but with occasional emergency repair coverage on weekends as needed. This position would often require driving and local travel in New England so applicant must have current driver’s license and clean driving record. We will be providing a company truck for most work-related travel. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: General repairs and maintenance Carpentry Outside projects such as landscaping, fencing and deck repair Interior and Exterior painting Minor plumbing or electrical work Cleaning on occasion Ability to proactively see repairs that need to be added to work lists Actively participate in company planning for future needed repairs Required skills and abilities: Ability to use a wide range of tools, both manual and power Attention to detail, especially towards cleanliness Ability to follow directions and ask questions when needed Ability to lift 50lbs Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required Must be able to work independently effectively Knowledge of boats a plus but not required. Schedule will be 8am - 4pm weekdays with some needed emergency repairs on occasion. To apply please send resume
