College of the Atlantic is seeking a Mechanical and Building Systems Manager, who will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical and building systems maintenance and repair. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of mechanical or building systems maintenance or installation; familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical concepts, license to work on any of the systems will get preference; experience with Excel and Word or comparable computer software; and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
