Handyman wanted to paint the whole house including kitchen cabinets, replacing all cabinet handles (about 1000 sf, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with basement) and put laminate floor on the first floor. May need to fix basic plumbing issue and replace light fixtures, install or replacing smock detectors.
