We are hiring energetic, outgoing, and experienced staff for to assist with a private hospitality tent at the PGA event. If you have any prior tradeshow / private events / waiter / bartender / catering experience please apply today! Event: PGA Rocket Mortgage Classic Location: Detroit Golf Club, 17911 Hamilton Rd, Detroit, MI 48203 Dates & Hours: Thursday, July 1: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday, July 2: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday, July 3: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday, July 4: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wardrobe: Staff will wear their own black pants, Bermuda/golf length shorts or skort and comfortable black or all white athletic shoes. Shirt and hat provided onsite. Hourly Rate: $17/hr. Parking, Food and Water: Provided at break stations Duties: Catering. Help with serving of food and beverages in Private Hospitality tents. Other tasks such as clearing and refilling of food stations Covid Protocol: Daily health survey. Mask TBD Job requirements and expectations: • Minimum 18 years old. • Ability to move quickly with constant flow of traffic. • Self-driven and proactive to keep hospitality tents in top condition. • Energetic, outgoing, and well-groomed during the event. • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time during event. • Ability to carry up to 15-25lbs. occasionally, such as tray of food or help move tables in tents, etc. • Background checks will be required for all selected applicants due to the high profile nature of the event.
