A job candidate must have the ability to: • Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feed brush into a wood chipper. • Lift heavy loads. • Be able to Rake up/Cleanup debris. • Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. • Work well with other crew members. Development opportunities include learning to rope, climb, and other overall tree maintenance skills. Growth opportunities within the company include promotions to foreman, plant health care, sales, and yard maintenance.
