EPOC studios is offering a free workout every Saturday at 10 and 11 am.
This is a strength and conditioning program that can be geared towards any goal – toning, muscle gain, sports performance – we got you covered.

Every month our Trainers work together to create a safe, enjoyable workout for every day of the week.
2.We modify the movements to fit your goals + needs
Our programs have built-in progressions and regressions, so you’ll be safely challenged regardless of experience level. You customize weights, reps, and rest to fit your goal.
3.You improve week over week.
We repeat the program throughout the month, so you can fully learn the movements and see yourself progress.
4.You see results.
We keep rest times low, relative intensity high, and the program smart. As long as you come in 2-3 times a week, you’ll see and feel yourself improve.
