RV Park Maintenance Person who can move gravel and do plumbing

We are a 85% RV park with 77 RV sites, and we are down to 8 mobile homes and will likely get rid of more as they come available. We are located in a nice safe area just 1.8 miles from I-65 at the Brooks exit. Our onsite Assistant Manager Annie does all the landscaping, and we have a lawncare company that does the lawn. The main need we have is occasional water leaks and sewer blocks (maybe 2-3 times a year. We have an electric eel and a water jetter sewer snake system to make it easy), some carpentry work is needed occasionally between renters (in the well screened mobile home renters), and we do daily site grooming between guests. We have an older bunch in this park and we prefer a retired carpenter or plumber that wants a side job. You can work part time M-F like 30 hours, and come in for more hours, if we have any emergencies. We are all off on Sat. Background checks and drug test are required. References preferred. We pay cash or direct deposit no taxes are taken out.
