Experienced guitar player seeks to join or form gigging JAM BAND

Description

I'm an experienced guitar player looking to join or form a gigging band with an emphasis on danceable jams. (not really into the 13/4 time signature musical exercise prog-rock stuff) Some folks dislike the term "jam band," but whatever. I don't care. It is what it is. Hoping for regular gigs asap. If you're already gigging and have a setlist, even better. I have a solid job and two little kids, so I'm open to play plenty of local shows, but can't do any long tours right now. I'm open to all types of music and believe a good song is a good song, regardless of genre. Influences/preferences include Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Widespread Panic, BSSM-era Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bombino, Band of Gypsys-era Hendrix, Talking Heads, Willie Hutch, Motown, Pavement, Prince, and a million other bands. I have plenty of reliable, professional gear for whatever the moment requires. I'd love it if there were another guitar player in the band to play some two-part harmony leads, but I'll take what I can get. Do I like to play lightning-fast 4-note-per-string sweep-picked Paganini hammer-ons? Mmmnot really, but props for the YouTubers who are really good at practicing guitar. Can I improvise a solo while emphasizing chord tones, so it sounds like actual music? Sure can. Can I bend a note exactly where it needs to be? You bet. Is my vibrato more Gilmour than Hammett? God I hope so. I can't stand bad vibrato. Did the pandemic give me time to grow my hair long again because that's what rock musicians are supposed to have? F*** yeah. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!
