Three Handyman Tasks

I have a rental apartment in Atlanta. 1. A ground fault outlet needs replacing according to the tenant. 2. An AC wall return has fallen off the wall again. It needs to be reattached to the wall. The grill reattached with the screws could be larger or anchors used. 3. The refrigerator door has to be banged. It may have need leveling or the door needs to have the hinges loosen and door leveled. Pictures show the repairs in each case. One or all tasks and estimate of cost can be email or text me. I do not answer the phone unless you are in my contacts. I will return text or call if estimates are reasonable. P.S. These are tasks that I do everyday.
