The slaves, their children, and even almost all their grandchildren have passed. So let me get this straight—we will steal money from those who never had slaves and give it to those who never were or knew slaves? Even worse what about people who are dark skinned but ancestors were never slaves or even worse owned slaves themselves? Hundreds of black people owned slaves in the South—their descendants must be in the hundreds of thousands today. You see it’s insane and evil, just like this lie of systemic racism.
