Found red & white pit bull

Description

Found red & white female pit bull on Mariposa near Hilton Garden Inn. I found her without tags, she had on a choke chain and leash which was tangled around low brush. She appeared to be abandoned. She was turned in to the El Segundo Police department on 06/21
