The Janitor performs manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of office space, break areas, and restrooms. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment. The performance of these duties is Monday - Friday Evenings Only at ADES located at
1155 N. Arizona Blvd. Coolidge, AZ 85128 (8am - 5pm)
Regular Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles.
2. Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, buff floors.
3. Vacuum rugs and carpets.
4. Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.
5. Dust and clean walls, doors windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces.
6. Clean and sanitize kitchen/break room area
7. Dust, clean and polish furniture
8. Clean door glass interior and exterior.
9. Clean inside and applicable outside window glass
10. Police areas around outside of building
11. Perform related work as required and instructed
Additional Information:
Be able to communicate in English verbally and written.
