Description
Looking for an experienced field inspector to drive to homes and inspect properties from your car for major mortgage companies checking on their assets. You need to meet deadlines and be able to spend time in the car driving to homes following a map. You will need a smart phone to take photos and reliable vehicle and computer with wifi. Approximately 100 - 150 inspections per month. Potential more more work if done in a timely manner. 1 - 2 days per week $500-$1500 per month based on area covered.
