The apartment is right off exit 29. EZ on/off RT1 and 95N/S. This will be your private bedroom. The monthly rent is 575, price includes heat/hot water, electricity, and wifi. There is coin-op laundry downstairs and plenty of off-street parking. Ideally, you’d move in for July. The room is only big enough for one person, cannot accommodate for couples, etc. Cats only. I am 23, female, a little bit of a homebody. I would enjoy a roommate who is similar in my age and independence but less of a homebody.
