Description
Looking for a handyman plumber that can do a project on a home in Hamilton:
House is a 3-unit, and the front two units share a common drain that has been plumbed incorrectly. Their bathtubs are stopped up and repeated attempts to snake and auger have failed to clear the way and get them to drain out. We need you to open up the walls in their bathrooms to repipe the drains from the bathtubs (or install a proper cleanout), remove the old black cast iron common drain pipes coming up from the basement and replace those with new PVC, and then patch everything back up (repair drywall/surrounds, etc).
This job will pay a fixed price that we will agree to after you've been on site and can give us total hours labor needed to complete the project. Pay is $35/hour labor, and total cost of project (labor + materials) not to exceed $600.
In case you missed it: we have already tried SEVERAL times to snake and auger, and due to the incorrectly plumbed common drain, it's not possible unless you have tiny nano-bots that can maneuver your equipment for you and see through old cast iron pipe sludge.
The sooner you can get this done, the better - and if you're any good, there's repeat work for you ahead.
REPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
A quick summary of your skills and what all you can do
Confirmation that you have your own transportation and tools
The area you're willing to service (Cincinnati, Dayton, how far out?)
Your favorite custard flavor from Whit's so I know you actually read this
The best phone number to reach you
If you do not answer ALL of the above items in your reply, you obviously don't want to earn a lot of money and business, so either include all of it or don't reply at all. :)
I look forward to speaking with my new handyman plumber!
