Cleaning Person Needed Full-time position available compensation: $15-$18 hour employment type: W2 Cleaning Help Needed for Real-Estate Management Company, Office cleanings, AirBnB cleanings, Apartment, and Home cleanings. We are looking for a Full-Time cleaning person to maintain/clean some of our properties in Pinellas County. Requirements: Experience in general cleaning of homes and apartments and office areas needed Have own vehicle and a valid driver's license Able to wash and fold laundry needed for Airbnb’s Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Well organized Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach, climb ladders, kneel, and be low to the ground when necessary, sometimes for extended periods of time. Must be able to speak and read English, the ability to communicate in another language may be helpful. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Must display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times. Must have a good smartphone, this is how we track your hours and pay you. Essential Duties: Vacant unit cleaning for new tenant move-ins Airbnb/ Vacation rental home cleanings Cleaning of our office buildings, bathrooms, kitchens, sweep mop floors, etc IF AND WHEN THERE ARE NO CLEANINGS WE HAVE WORK IN THE SCREEN PRINTING ROOM, OR WAREHOUSE, OR WOODSHOP.
