Rehoming Anxious Pit

I have a 6 year old pit who needs to be rehomed. He is anxious with strangers and growls. He stops when the person backs up. He has never bit. He loves the snow. He loves to fetch. I think he was abused before I had him and is need of training for his anxiety. He has potential and is a good listener. Super affectionate when comfortable with the person. Must rehome ASAP - recently had twins and cannot give him the attention he needs.
