THE POSITION: We are seeking the right experienced individual capable of hitting the ground running with knowledge of specialized cleanup of water and mold damage and has team leadership experience. We have an organized company structure and are looking to hire a “Lead Technician”. If you are considered to be a strong candidate for a Lead Tech (LT) and have been hired on with an active WRT and/or AMRT certification through the IICRC “and/or” have 2 years’ experience, we will place you in a short training period prior to placing you. Those that are immediately hired on as a potential full time Lead Technician can be streamlined by learning and adapting to 24/7 Restoration company procedure and protocol. You will essentially be placed at the top of a under management 7-Tier field system. More can be explained about our structure during an interview.
