WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - JOB FAIR – 1 DAY ONLY – APPLY IN PERSON Chinese Laundry Shoes and Accessories will be holding a 1-day Job Fair on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM, at our Ontario Distribution Center located at: 1251 S. Rockefeller Avenue Ontario, CA 91761 Candidates must apply in person! Successful candidates can start as soon as June 28, 2021 Alternative work schedule – 10 hours a day/4 days a week Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Please bring either a valid U.S. Passport OR a valid Drivers License and Social Security card HABLO ESPAÑOL! Responsibilities: We are currently looking for warehouse associates who can perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Picking and filling orders from stock, packing, and shipping orders, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Re-labeling, re-packing, and re-boxing merchandise products. Unloading containers, lifting boxes up to 50lbs. Must be good with math and counting to pick orders accurately. Conduct daily general housekeeping and follow the company’s safety policy. Skills: · Physical unloading shipping containers · Experience with warehouse RF scanners – 1 year preferred but not required · Physical lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing · Physical bending, twisting and kneeling etc. in a safe and efficient manner · Must be able to carry 50 pounds and use a pallet jack and/or forklift to transport pallets of merchandise · Must be physically capable to be on your feet all day · Forklift certification a plus – please bring your certification Benefits – waiting period may apply: Experience: · General warehouse – 1 year (Preferred-but not required) Job type: · Full time Education: · High school or equivalent (Required) Work Authorization: · Must be authorized to work in the United States.
