Description

High-end deck construction from start to finish. Looking for a helper who I don't mind working with every day. Background check required. No felons, sex offenders, or drug addicts. Must have transportation. Construction experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person. Must be willing to learn and show up every day with a positive attitude. Hand tools/ tool belt required. All other tools supplied. Pay based on level of experience. 40+ hrs per week. Weekly pay. $500 bonus after 30 days. All work is in the Cedar Rapids and Marion area.
