I need about 40 hrs of help with building maintenance ASAP. If you got handyman skills, can take instruction and are reliable and honest we've got a part-time $15-25/hr gig for you that you can generally schedule around your free time (as long as you come on time when scheduled). Successful candidates may be considered for longer term projects and will gain valuable property management experience. You will be paid cash at the end of each day of work. Tasks include handy man work as needed, work with power washer, broom, ladder, shelving assembly, property inspection, junk removal, basic installations, sweeping, odd jobs You should be able to: - work on house maintenance as needed - (tools provided) - be able to take instruction - be on time / get work done efficiently - check / photograph work done by other contractors - use email / text - you should have a smart phone and be contactable If you are interested - please reply with a short reply by email or text.
