Hi I have a house flip project in Sebastian. Will start July 1 and go until end of Aug. Looking for a worker/student who would like to learn and earn a few bucks. Very valuable skills to learn for life. Im a contractor with 10 years of experience and can teach you to do it all. I work hard but love the work so it's a fun environment. Example of what you'll be doing/learning: demo, hardwood flooring, trim, painting, changing electrical outlets, hanging kitchen cabinets, installing light fixtures. What I'm looking for: Can commit to a set schedule and 30-40 hours per week, motivated, cand-do attitude, clean, reliable transportation, no excuses. Experience with power tools and labor work is preferred. If you enjoy the work and want to stay on there will be more projects after this one. Pay is $12/hr.
