Local cropping company looking for full time general farm laborer for tractor driving, spring and fall tillage, planting, harvest and everything in between. Applicant MUST have recent prior experience with operating farm equipment and have mechanical skills including brakes and wiring. Applicant MUST have a valid drivers license, good driving record and be self-motivated. Ideal applicant MUST have good communication skills, follow directions, punctual, reliable, work individually as well as a team, and enjoy a fast paced environment. Applicant must be available for 5-7 day work weeks if necessary. All regular FULL-TIME employees who are required to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) will be given an additional $5.00 per hour bonus pay. Attendance and punctuality conditions do apply. CDL is not necessary, but is a plus. CDL positions would include driving semi, hauling forages, corn via hopper bottom and hauling manure via semi and tanker.
