Found package that fell out of vehicle

We are second time visitors to your wonderful island and while traveling to town last week, picked up an item that most likely fell out of a vehicle. We are hoping someone can claim by identifying the item. We leave on Saturday the 26th. If not claimed I am droppin g off at a thrift store.
