3 fixed indoor/outdoor cats

We have 3 cats that have been fixed we can no longer care for due to medical issues. These are indoor/outdoor cats who access the house through a doggy door. One of them reminds me of a baby as she loves to be held and the other two remind me of typical cats who come and go and occasionally want your attention. They are all in good health. They belonged to my step mother who passed away in December 2019. My mother cared for them but recently received a terminal cancer diagnosis. I travel and will not be able to care for them. Anyone of them would be great for a farm or ranch or potentially a house cat but they haven't used a litter box as far as I know. I don't want to take them to the pound but it seems I'm running out of options.
