Join us in helping to educate your future work force about career opportunities in your industry, and build your brand with 5000+ students. FutureQuest 2021 is back and In person!! We will connect companies from all 16 career cluster pathways to over 5,000 middle school students from Dane County. The FutureQuest exposition will involve hands-on activities allowing students to explore career and academic opportunities to become Future Ready. About FutureQuest: 5,000+ 8th Graders from around Dane County participateGives students an opportunity to relate their current interests to future education and career opportunitiesHelps students be better prepared to choose high school classes that relate to their interests and strengthsCreates a hands on opportunity for students to explore career options they are passionate about and ones they have yet to considerPrepares students with the knowledge of what you are looking for when they go to get hired by your company down the road.Tickets are $300 for each 10x10 space and includes lunch for 2 and a 3'x6' table and 2 chairs. Please bring a banner for your business to hang behind your booth. If your exhibit will need electricity, please be sure to purchase an Electricity Ticket as well. When you purchase a ticket, we will ask you to focus in on a career cluster as we group like companies, although you make promote careers that are not specific to that cluster. Mission:   To provide youth a pathway for tomorrow’s careers through the integration of learning opportunities that will connect classroom education to industry preparation. Vision: DCSC works together with community professionals to provide learning environments and experiences that prepare individuals to perform successfully in the workplace. A commitment to excellent instruction, coupled with continuous improvement will provide students a first rate occupational training program. Current DCSC programming includes: The Youth Apprenticeship program is a Wisconsin flagship opportunity managed by the Dane County Schools Consortium for schools within Dane County.The STEPS program is a subcontract grant received from the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin. The Goals of Steps is to help students with employment barriers to get training needed to develop career skills to support their career pathway.  We have Work Experience and Training Funds available for qualified participants.
