Join us for a night of super-danceable live tunes and positive vibes! Church Ladies is an alternative/neo blues band from Corvallis, Oregon. The group is composed of Devon Cash on guitar and vocals, Hannah Hex on alto saxophone and vocals, Tucker Gibbons on bass guitar, Lane Thompson on bari saxophone, Carl Britton on Trombone, and Ava Schnoll on drums. The group draws on a diverse set of influences like Vulfpeck, Johnny Cash, The Alabama Shakes, Parker Millsap, AJJ, Earth Wind and Fire, Louis Cole, and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard resulting in their unique, genre-bending repertoire. The group was founded in 2017 by Hex and Cash who were looking for backing musicians to play a Halloween gig. Gibbons and Thompson are both original members of the group, quickly followed by Britton in 2018. Schnoll is the newest addition to the group, joining in 2020.
