Hiking and Outdoors Awareness & Self-Defense, How to Use Pepper Spray, and the Laws Regarding Pepper Spray To promote awareness, we are offering this 3-hour Situational/Survival/Self-defense workshop for $10 (this is to cover the cost of pepper spray). REGISTRATION is REQUIRED as we need a minimum of 10 participants.This workshop will cover the following: Hiking/Outdoors Awareness/Personal SafetyHostage SurvivalStrikes/Basic Defensive TacticsWhat to Do and Not Do if You Are a Victim of a Sexual AssaultHow to Use Pepper Spray, and the Laws Regarding Pepper Spray The workshop is open to girls/women from 15 to 60 years old. Minors will need signed consent from the parent and will be asked during registration.This workshop is taught by Jeff who has over 15 years of combined law enforcement and military background dealing with specialized training in the skills listed above. He teaches this class in honor and in memory of: Roxanne Doll Age 7, Zina Linnik Age 12, Lindsey Baum Age 10, Mackenzie Cowell Age 17, Kimmie Daily, Age 16Please note: - We will be doing a short and easy hike, so please bring your shoes and water - Location is in Woodinville; you will receive the location details by Saturday. - If you ever use your "pepper spay" in self-defense, you can send a copy of the police report to Jeff and you'll get free re-fills for life. - If you can not afford the $10 fee, please send us a private message and we can waive the fee for you and you'll still receive the pepper spray. - We need a minimum of 10 attendees.
