Join us for an exciting training in Immanuel prayer- learning how to connect with Jesus and lead others into this deeper connection with Him Friday, July 23: Time to be announced. Beginning late afternoon or early evening. Saturday, July 24: 9:30 am to 5 pm. Lunch is provided, cost for lunch is $10 included in registration. $40 Registration includes lunch, Workbook with handouts and training. Immanuel Practicum book to be purchased separately. If you need financial assistance, please let us know. We want everyone to be able to attend! This is an in person event. We may also be offering this on Zoom if we have enough interest. Immanuel prayer is connecting personally and interactively with the Lord and removing barriers and hindrances to an intimate, interactive lifestyle of connection with Him. The goal is to build and deepen a close relationship with the Lord, one that increases ability to stay connected to Him, even in difficult life situations or painful experiences. Immanuel means "God with us," and is not a method, but a person- JESUS! In this training, you will learn the basic steps of connecting with Jesus, and how to lead others in this interactive connection with Him. We will practice in small groups. This beginners training will not focus on leading people in healing of trauma but will build the basic tools of secure connection with the Lord first. This is the foundation for healing. This training is REQUIRED for everyone who would like to move on to more advanced training in learning prayer ministry to help others receive healing for hurts. Topics we will cover include Biblical basis for Immanuel prayer, secure attachment, appreciation, capacity, hearing Jesus, barriers to connecting with God, pain processing pathway, and other topics.
