As a former preschool teacher, educational specialist and director, she loves everything about early childhood. Currently, she works with other educators on a full time-basis, providing professional development to early childhood educators in a variety of formats. Several years ago, she noticed a huge need for bringing intentional mindfulness and yoga into her own classroom. She sought a children's yoga certification with ChildLight Yoga, so she could implement daily practices into her preschool classroom. She is excited to introduce it to her own community of Huber Heights at New Heights Wellness Center. “I love everything about bringing yoga and mindfulness to our youngest learners, specifically with ChildLight Yoga and am excited to share it.” Recently, Kristi completed her 200 hour yoga instructor certification and will be offering yoga classes for ALL ages. In her personal life, Kristi keeps busy with her family and friends, exploring new places, especially the outdoors. Kristi received her M.S. in Early Childhood Ed/Leadership and Advocacy from University of Dayton and is passionate about sharing knowledge with not only children, but other educators.
