An exclusive bourbon dinner at Watershed Kitchen & Bar featuring pairings of two new bourbon expressions from Watershed Distillery Guests are invited to experience a one-of-a-kind tasting menu complete with pairings of our brand new Bottled In Bond and 4-Year Watershed Bourbon. All guests will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of each expression before it is released to the public on July 2nd, 2021. We're excited for guests to try the first-ever Bottled In Bond Ohio-made bourbon, made with some of our favorite barrels from a single season. Our new 4 Year Watershed Distillery Bourbon is a premium blend of straight bourbon and barrel strength 6-Year bourbon finished in our very own Apple Brandy casks. There are two seatings for the dinner: one at 5:15 PM and the next at 8:00 PM. Ticket fees include a four-course meal, spirit/cocktail pairing, tax, and gratuity.
