Join Andrea Savino for a midday Power Yoga class at Remnant Brewery! Mondays can be tough! Still working from home or looking for a break in the middle of your day? Kick off your week with me at Remnant Brewery for a Power Yoga class sure to recharge your body and mind! Class will take place outdoors in the brewery's private Beer Garden- a quaint patio with plenty of space and sunlight! This is a class designed for every body and experience level, offering a thoughtful sequence that introduces challenge, yet builds confidence and strength through simple, guided instruction. There are several post-class options for you to consider: continue your work day right in the brewery surrounded by the aromas of craft beer and coffee or step outside into Bow Market and create your own lunch at Picnic & Pantry! Saus is also open on Mondays, offering one-of-a-kind vegetarian bites. Masks are optional as class will be held outdoors only. If the weather becomes too inclement to practice, I will refund your ticket.
