Drummer looking to form a fusion/acid jazz/smooth jazz/blues band. Played in a similar band a couple of years ago and would like to again. Influences are George Benson, Larry Carlton, Eric Johnson, Jeff Beck, some Chic Corea, etc. Have videos of the old band for examples. I am located in Springfield. Have a guitarist in Bloomington that is interested. Willing to talk to other guitarist also. Willing to travel an hour or a bit more for right band. Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Decatur, or that distance any direction.
