Designer and Brand looking for seamstress/tailor/designer (Brooklyn) DESIGNER and BRAND Is looking to contract a seamstress/tailor to expand their consumer outreach. Private designer is looking to bring on an innovative individual who can execute and enhance each project given with flare and precision. The seamstress must be able to re-produce the garments from the upcoming release of a high quality, luxury, clothing line start of 2021. Contractors looking to grow beyond mass production can potentially expand to associate designer. After extensive examination of course. We are looking for experienced designers, tailors or seamstress that can execute task effectively and efficiently. Someone who is skilled in problem solving and extremely knowledgable on fabrics and color pallets. The contractor must have a quick turn around rate as well as being able to provide sketches, patterns and mock ups of each garment. The contractor will be compensated based on quality of work, turn around rate, and execution of each garment. PERKS: Contractor will have opportunities to have their work photographed, published and styled by partnering Production company. Has the opportunity to become an associate designer Seamstresses/Tailors/Contractor must be able to execute e-commerce basic XS, S, M, L, XL effortlessly as well as FACE MASKS Requirements: -Own Machine + tools -Pattern making -Quick turn around -Can mass produce -Adjustment, Repair & Restoration knowledge (vintage garments, vintage fabric, alterations etc) -Fabric knowledge -Organized and detailed PLUS: -ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD SAVVY ( BIG + if you can provide virtual mock ups per project/garment) -Embroidery and stoning -Print making knowledge -E-commerce knowledge -Fashion forecasting -Strategic and INNOVATIVE eye -Taste and aesthetic -Bag making knowledge -Jewelry making knowledge
