Year round tree climber position available for residential tree work. Come work on the shores of the numerous beautiful lakes and have the best views while climbing anything from from 120ft White pines to sprawling Red oaks. We have the equipment to get any job done safely and efficiently from a 92 foot aerial lift to a mini skidsteer and log loader truck. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely and efficiently performs in the pruning, felling, planting and removal of trees. Communicates effectively with other employees as well as clients. Uses ropes, blocks, pulleys, and other rigging equipment to safely remove and lower limbs and heavy sections of wood when required. Equipment used in daily job functions may include chip trucks, chippers, stump grinders, aerial lifts, cranes, log trucks and various smaller tools Performs daily inspections and maintenance of equipment. Completes paperwork such as work orders, job briefings and safety information. Other duties as assigned. We offer benefits such as vacation time, holiday pay, personal time, and safety/incentive bonus, clothing allowance. Experience is helpful, valid driver's license is required (a CDL is a plus). We pay higher than industry standards.If you would like to have time to ski/snowboard/snowmobile, we can discuss a reduced winter schedule. If not, we can provide the winter work to keep you busy.
